Bonita Optimist Clean Up Day
In partnership with SB Sustainable Communities, we have a trash log for each person to fill out at the end of their clean-up, and we will need you to collect a basic weight of your trash. There’s also a safety sheet that we will go over when the supplies are distributed.
Respect for Law
The Bonita Optimist Club Respect for Law and Bicycle Rodeo event’s purpose is to focus the general populace’s attention on safety for both children and parents.
Student Appreciation Day
The Bonita Optimist Club hosts an annual Student Appreciation Day. We ask Principals of all the elementary schools in our community to nominate a student who best follows the Optimist Creed. Selected students receive a $100 award. Family, teachers, Junior Optimist and friends are invited to celebrate their student’s accomplishments in an award ceremony hosted by the Bonita Optimist Club.
